Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a licensed Audiologist to support nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities across the Milwaukee and Madison areas. The role offers part-time or full-time options with travel to multiple locations, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide audiology services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
  • Perform hearing evaluations, fittings, and repairs for hearing aids and assistive devices.
  • Enter patient information and complete clinical documentation in the EMR system.
  • Travel daily to facilities to deliver mobile audiology services.

Overview

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Audiologist to work Part-Time or Full-Time (2-5 Days per week) covering multiple locations across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas.

*$10k Sign On Bonus Available at 5 days per week (prorated for fewer days)*

Responsibilities

The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct pre-planned comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations at our facilities by interacting with both our facilities and staff
  • Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs
  • Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids as well as other amplification devices
  • Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
  • Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Mastersor Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
  • Required C.C.C. –A classification from ASHA
  • CurrentState professional license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
