Soap Creek Resources in the Tampa Bay area seeks an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a busy ENT practice, providing diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid services in a collaborative setting.

The role offers full-time or part-time options, a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus monthly commission, and benefits including 401(k), PTO, CME support, and health insurance. Typical schedule is weekdays, with no weekends or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility.
• Strong diagnostic skills and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
