Job summary

A Tampa Bay area ENT practice is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join its experienced, collaborative team. This role offers a mix of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services with flexibility based on your interests.

Base salary ranges from 80,000 to 95,000 annually, plus monthly commission potential of 1,500 to 5,000+. Benefits include a strong 401(k), PTO, CME days, health insurance, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare
