Markent Personnel, Inc. is assisting a Tampa Bay area ENT practice in recruiting Audiologists (Au.D.). The role offers a mix of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services with a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 per year plus monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care, depending on clinical interests
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare
