Management Performance Associates is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) for a Tampa Bay area ENT practice. Full-time or part-time opportunities, with base salary plus monthly commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role combines diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services, with a supportive team and a Monday–Friday schedule. New graduates welcome to apply, with ongoing CME support and a strong focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required or equivalent
• Florida audiology license or eligibility
• Strong diagnostic skills and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• New graduates welcomed

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare
