Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) in the Tampa Bay area for a full- or part-time position. The role encompasses diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services in a busy ENT practice, with a collaborative clinical team.

The position offers a base salary of 80,000–95,000 USD annually plus monthly hearing aid dispensing commissions, and a strong benefits package including 401(k), PTO, CME days, and health insurance. Flexible scheduling and a Monday–Friday work week are available.

Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent qualification required.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility must be obtained.
• Strong diagnostic skills and patient-centered care required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care as appropriate.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
