Job summary
Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a busy ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area. The role offers a combination of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and no weekend shifts.
Base salary ranges from 80,000 to 95,000 annually, with additional monthly commissions from hearing aid dispensing. Full benefits include 401(k) with employer contribution, paid time off, CME days and stipend, and comprehensive health
Qualifications
- Must have Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent.
- Florida Audiology license or eligibility required.
- Strong diagnostic testing skills and patient-centered approach essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities expected.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
- Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care as needed.
- Collaborate with ENT physicians and clinicians to coordinate patient care.
- Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
