Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) for a Tampa Bay area ENT practice. This role offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 with monthly commission possibilities, plus strong benefits and a healthy work-life balance.

The position supports both new graduates and experienced clinicians with a mix of diagnostic testing and hearing aid services, in a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, no weekends. Flexible FT/PT arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care.

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing
