Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) for an ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area. The position offers a base salary of 80,000–95,000 annually with additional monthly commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, no weekends or on-call.

The role blends diagnostic audiology with hearing aid services, with flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time providers and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative ENT

Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility.
• Strong diagnostic skills and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
