LRSolutions, LLC seeks an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a busy ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area. This role offers diagnostic and hearing aid services with flexibility in schedule, including both full-time and part-time options, and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

Base salary ranges from 80,000 to 95,000 annually, plus monthly commission potential and comprehensive benefits. Monday–Friday, no weekends, with work-life balance in mind.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care, depending on clinical interests.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
