Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking audiologists (Au.D.) for a Tampa Bay area ENT practice. The role offers a base salary of 80,000–95,000 annually with monthly commission potential through hearing aid dispensing.

Flexible full-time or part-time positions, with a 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday and no weekends. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 3 weeks PTO plus federal holidays, 401(k) with employer contributions, CME days and stipend, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent qualifying degree.
• FLorida license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
