HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist in Raleigh, NC to join our in-office clinical team. The role requires an active Audiologist license and involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating hearing loss, conducting hearing assessments, fittings, and providing education to patients on device use and care.

The position offers a competitive compensation range ($70,000-$95,000+ with monthly commission) and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.

• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting and maintenance of hearing aids.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid options and payment methods with compliance.
• Support clinic growth while maintaining ethical practices.
• Engage in community outreach and physician relationship building.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and leadership to meet financial goals.
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives.
• Maintain licensure and continue education requirements.

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
• Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
• Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
