Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team with travel across the Concord, Lexington, and Winston Salem area in North Carolina. You will provide comprehensive hearing healthcare, from evaluations to fittings, while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Mileage is reimbursed and travel is planned to support work-life balance. Candidates must be licensed per state requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active Audiologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
  • Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
  • Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
  • Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
  • Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals.
  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
  • Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results.
  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner.

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our in-office clinical team. Enjoy variety in your practice while making a meaningful impact across multiple communities. This role includes travel to nearby HearingLife clinics within the local market, providing coverage, supporting patients, and collaborating with a network of dedicated hearing care professionals. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and travel schedules are planned in advance whenever possible to promote work-life balance. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.
