Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a dedicated Audiologist for our Raleigh, NC location. This full-time, in-office role focuses on evaluating and treating hearing loss, conducting assessments, fittings, and educating patients on device care and use.

You will also provide aftercare, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hearing aids, while counseling patients on options and payment methods within regulatory guidelines. Community outreach and collaboration with clinic leadership contribute to our growth and

• Active Audiologist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
• Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals.
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
