Qualifications

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology per state licensure requirements.
• Active or eligible New York State Audiology license.
• Strong expertise in clinical assessment and hearing aid fittings.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with audiology software, EMR systems, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Hands-on onboarding: 2 hours observation, then 2–3 paid days with Chief Audiologist for orientation.

• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices tailored to patient needs.

• Maintain accurate patient records, evaluations, and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical team members and support staff to enhance patient care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure all clinical activities comply with state licensing regulations and company policies.

The Audiologist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and improve patient outcomes across our Annandale location.
