Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a full-time, licensed Audiologist for our Staten Island office. The role involves diagnostic and dispensing audiology, patient counseling, and fitting hearing aids. Multi-site practice with growth in NY/NJ area.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Benefits include paid CEU's, ongoing training and access to advanced fitting technologies. Strong clinical skills and patient rapport are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Professional interaction with patients, physicians and team members.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients.
• Conduct audiometric testing.
• Counsel patients.
• Make recommendations for hearing aids.
• Diagnostic testing; make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids; fit and adjust as needed.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient hearing outcomes.
• Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals.
