This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to build something from the ground up with the full backing of a collaborative and compassionate team of 4 soon to be 5 ENT physicians, 3 advanced practice providers, and 1 speech-language pathologist. What You'll Do:

  • Establish and grow the audiology department from day one
  • Select and set up clinical audiology equipment
  • Develop standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations
  • Offer hearing aid selection, fitting, and follow-up services
  • Collaborate daily with a highly respected team in a supportive, kind, and open environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced audiologist (AuD or equivalent) ready to take initiative and lead a new service line
  • Passion for both patient care and strategic growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently and build a department with long-term vision
  • Comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, and health insurance through BCBS
  • 20 days of PTO/Sick time
  • 7 paid holidays, including six standard holidays and one floating holiday of your choice
  • CME reimbursement up to $2,000, available after 6 months of employment
  • 401K
  • Forward-thinking and growth-minded team that values innovation and your professional insight.
  • Supportive, collaborative culture – “We all like to work as a team to get the job done”
  • Built-in patient base ready for in-house audiologic care
  • Competitive base salary starting at $95,000 with generous production bonus potential
