Join Our Team as a Regional Product Audiologist

Would you like to combine your knowledge of audiology with opportunities in the hearing aid marketplace? We are seeking a professional and skilled Regional Product Audiologist to join our Global Partner Sales team in the Asia region. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Regional Sales Manager and play a key part in facilitating the growth of our partner business across all GN hearing aid brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Accountability:Ensure performance metrics for selected markets and partners are met and exceeded.

  • Product Launch & Training: Organize and facilitate product launches and training sessions to enable our partners and support business objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Partner Sales team and other GN stakeholders to promote a results-driven environment.

  • Business Development: Enhance departmental services and offerings to grow our business and improve partnerships, ensuring smooth processes within the local team and across GPS.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive training to customers’ product managers, sales, and fitting teams, both on-site and online.

  • Provide in-depth product training covering features, unique selling points, competitive aspects, and fitting software.

  • Conduct sales training to help distributors effectively up-sell to higher segments.

  • Offer audiology training focused on hearing instrument fitting, the fitting process, end-user counseling, diagnostics, and verification.

  • Share best practices for product demonstrations and launches in various markets.

  • Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance related to products, software, fitting, and audiology issues.

  • Represent GN as a speaker and product specialist at customer events, seminars, and conferences.

  • Equip partners with product-related sales and demonstration tools and materials.

Travel Requirements: This role involves travel 30-40% of the time, with multiple international trips required.

Location: Malaysia or Taiwan
