Job summary

ANSER in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Audio Visual Project Officer to support the Office of the DoW CIO. You will develop and produce training materials for the Workforce Innovation Division and provide technical guidance on CES HR matters to DoW leaders and HR offices.

This full-time onsite role requires a Secret clearance and extensive experience in training material development, 508 compliance, Canva and Adobe Acrobat, and MS SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in training development and AV training production.
• Experience applying 508 accessibility requirements for all products.
• Proficient with Canva and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with government strategy, policy, governance or resource allocation processes.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS SharePoint.
• Experience with knowledge management and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise Cyber training materials for the workforce, their managers, and HR managers.
• Develop training modules to upskill the Cyber workforce.
• Develop video training and other products to increase DCWF awareness.
• Develop and deploy training materials explaining program mechanics to HR practitioners.
