ANSER seeks an Audio Visual Project Officer to develop and produce training materials for the Workforce Innovation Division of the DoW CIO. You will provide technical guidance on Cyber Excepted Services HR matters to DoW leaders and HR offices.

This full-time onsite role at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA requires an active Secret clearance, a related Bachelor's degree, and 10+ years in training material production, including social media and 508 compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 10+ years in training development and AV training material production with emphasis on social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise Cyber training materials for workforce, managers, and HR managers with 508 compliance.
• Create and update training modules for Cyber workforce upskilling.
• Produce video training and other materials to raise DCWF awareness for stakeholders.
• Develop materials explaining program mechanics: Cyber structure, employment, compensation, and benefits to HR practitioners.
• Prepare executive briefs, point papers, reports, information papers, memos, and training modules.
