Job summary

Cognizant in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician for a full-time role. The successful candidate will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain conference room AV systems and support end-user computing for executives and directors.

You will work with Neat Boards, Neat Pads, Neat Bars, IP phones, and iPads, supporting high-profile meetings and events. Minimum 5 years AV experience required; strong Mac and Windows troubleshooting skills; applications due by 11/11/2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV support experience including configuration, troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance.
• Mac and Windows end-user computing support: hardware, software and OS issues.
• Experience with Neat devices and conference room AV equipment for executive meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user computing support and AV configuration, troubleshooting, setup and maintenance for conference rooms.
• Support critical executive and director-level meetings, video conferencing, IP phones, iPads and related AV devices.
• Maintain and manage AV systems including Neat Boards, Neat Pads, and Neat Bars for events.

Responsibilities

• The Audio-Visual technician (AV)is responsible for end user computing support, including configuration, troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of conference room and AV systems.
• The role will support critical executive and director-level meetings, video conferencing, IP phones, iPads, and AV devices such as Neat Boards, Neat Pads, and Neat Bars.

Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience with AV support including configuration, troubleshooting, setup and maintenance.
• Mac & Windows End User Computing Support - hardware, software and OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with AV Devices - Neat Board, Neat Pad, Neat Bar, IP Phones and iPads

Experience with Executive meeting and conference room support including critical meetings, events and Ad hoc AV support.

The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $74,000 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted until 11/11/2026.
