Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

Pay Range: $20-$24/hour

Supervisor: Director of Audio Visual

Location: Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC

Mission: ON Site is the “in-house” division of ON Services, LLC, a leading national provider of live event production services, including audio, video, speaker services and content management, interactive technology, scenic design, and more. ON Site prides itself as a leading service provider in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities:

1. Daily setup, operation, and strike of audio visual equipment in a hospitality environment.
2. Equipment inventory and quality control.
3. Promote exemplary customer service to facility customers/partners and end-user clients.
4. Maintain a professional image and a safe, healthy work environment.
5. Participate in evening, weekend, holiday, and split shift calls to meet customer needs.
6. Complete all required daily paperwork and ON Site training.
7. Support property Director in goals related to revenue growth, cost reduction, customer service improvement, or problem resolution.

Education/Experience/Certification:

1. High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
2. One year experience in hospitality or related customer service field.
3. Background in music, recording, audio visual, computers, or related technology fields preferred.
4. Proficiency in written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English; fluency in a second language is helpful.
5. Ability to operate office and audio visual equipment with finger dexterity.
6. Basic computer skills required.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
8. Physical mobility including sitting, standing, walking, stooping, climbing, crawling, grasping, writing, repetitive motions, bending, listening, with hearing and vision abilities.
9. Work performed indoors and outdoors as needed.
