Responsibilities

• Set up and install audio visual equipment for in office meeting, presentations, events
• Operate and troubleshoot audio visual equipment during meetings, presentations, events
• Ensure all audio-visual equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition in multiple corporate conference rooms
• Collaborate with event organizers to understand their audio-visual needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist with the planning and execution of audio-visual setups for various events
• Provide technical support to presenters and attendees during events
  
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing tools
• Proficiency in setting up and operating audio-visual equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to audio visual equipment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with event organizers and presenters
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address any technical issues that may arise during events
• Attention to detail to ensure all audio-visual setups are accurate and meet the requirements of each event

Salary: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
