Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Tech 2)

This role involves diagnostic troubleshooting and problem resolution for AV system failures. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak conditions, aligned with manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and train end users in AV system operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on AV/VTC systems.
• Support advanced maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, lamp changes, and filter cleaning.
• Provide show tech support for planned events on-site and off-site.
• Work flexible schedules as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks like service tickets and system status updates.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of AV & VTC systems.
• Setup and monitor video calls as required.
• Adhere to safety and procedural guidelines.
• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly.
• Maintain adequate spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate RMA processes with suppliers/OEMs.
• Manage third-party rental and staging for events.
• Keep accurate inventory records of AV/VTC systems and parts.

Additional Details:

Coverage Dates: 5/19/25 – 6/20/25

Daily Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Schedule: Monday to Friday
