Fireside Dinner Theatre in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking an Audio Visual Supervisor to lead the design, implementation, and operation of all audio, video, and show control systems for productions and events. The role requires collaboration with directors, designers and production staff to create compelling soundscapes and reliable AV workflows.

The ideal candidate has professional experience in theatrical sound design and live audio, with proficiency in digital consoles (DiGiCo preferred), QLab,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sound Design, Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Professional experience in theatrical sound design and live audio production
• Proficiency with digital audio consoles (DiGiCo preferred), QLab, Dante, DAWs, wireless systems, and show workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate and manage audio, video, show control, and communication systems for Fireside productions and events
• Lead and mentor audio department staff and manage scheduling/budgets
• Collaborate with directors, designers and production teams to deliver high-quality sound experiences
• Attend production meetings, rehearsals and performances as required
• Troubleshoot and maintain audio systems and workflows during shows
