Job summary

AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead classroom and event AV deployments. You will coordinate internal and external resources, develop project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure flawless execution of AV setups.

You will oversee installation, testing and operation of displays, projectors, video conferencing, and control systems, while maintaining equipment inventory and providing training and support to staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in relevant field.
• 2+ leadership experience.
• Experience with AV equipment setup and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages internal and external resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develops and implements project plans, timelines, and budgets for AV setups and operations.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Solves problems and addresses issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Stays updated on the latest AV technologies and industry best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
