Keywords Studios, based in Los Angeles, seeks a Business Development Manager specialized in selling Audio Development Services to join our Global Business Development team. You will build and grow relationships with Video Games clients, focusing on VO, sound, music, and implementation across the Audio Dev division.

The role emphasizes new business generation while also supporting existing accounts. You will collaborate with Audio Dev teams, travel as needed, and participate in industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in audio services for the video games industry.
• Degree or Masters in audio, business, marketing, sales or other related field.
• Strong understanding of industry market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and customer direction.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure and to deadlines.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment.
• Must be comfortable working at senior executive contact levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospective clients for Keywords’ Audio Dev division and build a pipeline.
• Develop and execute sales development strategies for target clients.
• Qualify leads with Audio Dev teams and manage opportunities through the lifecycle.
• Provide client support and manage expectations in collaboration with Audio Dev teams.
• Attend trade conferences and support on stand when exhibiting.
• Follow the company’s sales methodology and reporting standards.
• Assist delivery studio in account management and client meetings.
