Qualifications

• 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
• CRM platforms experience.
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite.
• Marketing automation and customer journey development.
• Audience segmentation and lead nurturing.
• Strong analytics and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive subscriber growth and advertiser visibility.
• Develop newsletter strategies, promotional campaigns, drip sequences, and automated workflows.
• Segment lists for targeted communications and personalized content delivery.
• Analyze campaign performance, including open/click rates and conversions.
• Manage CRM processes, funnels, forms, and landing pages; train staff as needed.
