Qualifications

• Experience in newsroom, media, or editorial analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA, Adobe Analytics, Parse.ly, Chartbeat.
• Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze article and newsletter performance across platforms to understand reader resonance.
• Translate complex data into concise insights for editorial decisions.
• Help shape editorial strategies to maximize audience impact.
• Track audience behavior by product, region, channel, and topic to find growth opportunities.
• Identify high-performing formats, topics, and tones and share insights.
• Write clear, jargon-free performance reports explaining why content succeeds.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B headline tests.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and editorial teams on content promotion.
