Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a dedicated audience engagement manager to deepen subscriber engagement across Law360, Law360 Pulse and MLex. This role sits on a new audience team and partners with editorial, marketing and product groups.

Based in New York City or Washington, DC, the hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and offers an opportunity to build the function from the ground up and shape editorial strategies and growth.

Qualifications

• Be a curious, analytical person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in audience development, digital marketing, or content analytics.
• Experience in a newsroom, media, or editorial analytics environment highly preferred.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Parse.ly, Chartbeat.
• Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate insights in plain, accessible language.
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results preferred.
• Awareness of legal-industry audience preferences and sensitivities.
• Exceptional analytical skills and excellent written communication.
• Solid collaboration skills.

About The Role

This is a hybrid role based in New York City or Washington, DC. Team members are expected to work in their local office three days per week.

LexisNexis’ Legal News division (Law360/Law360 Pulse/MLex) is looking for a dedicated audience engagement manager who can help deepen and grow subscriber engagement with our journalism.

The person will be part of a new audience team, working with Law360, Law360 Pulse and MLex media brands. You will be a key partner for editorial teams and work closely with marketing and product teams.

This is a newly created position with the opportunity to make a significant impact as we build this team from the ground up.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: New York, NY - 450 Park Ave (WeWork) $114,300 - $190,500. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
