Semafor is seeking an experienced Contract Audience Developer to support audience development and event execution for Semafor World Economy, our flagship global convening in Washington, D.C. This role covers end-to-end audience strategy from list-building to on-site readiness.

The ideal candidate brings proven audience development, strong copywriting, and hands-on operations experience. You will collaborate with Editorial, Design, Partnerships, and Events teams to ensure high-quality attendee

Formación

• Experience in audience development for high-profile events.
• Ability to plan and execute audience strategy.
• Strong judgment for senior executive audiences.
• Excellent copywriting for invitations and communications.
• Proficiency with CRM, registration platforms, and CMS.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute audience acquisition plans.
• Draft invitations and attendee communications.
• Coordinate event registrations and RSVP workflows.
• Manage attendee data, status changes, and waitlists.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Design, Partnerships, and Events teams.
• Provide on-site attendee management support.
