Job summary

Okta is seeking a Demand Signals Specialist to help build and activate audiences for GrowthX programs. You will focus on audience build, enrichment, segmentation, QA, and activation readiness, collaborating across marketing, field, and journey teams.

You'll ensure audiences are production-ready for systems like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and other activation platforms, while maintaining data quality and documenting logic and findings.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in marketing operations, growth operations, or demand generation.
• Strong data handling, QA, and segmentation skills.
• Experience with B2B marketing and sales systems (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, etc.).
• Ability to communicate audience size, coverage, and data gaps to stakeholders.
• Comfort working across campaign, field, journey, and automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Build account, contact, and buying-group audiences per GrowthX direction.
• Prepare audiences for activation and downstream systems (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense).
• Own QA checks, data quality, and correct enrichment and segmentation.
• Partner cross-functionally to support audience needs and handoffs.
