We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Marketing Analyst to join a growing Audience Strategy & Insights team. This role combines advanced analytics, audience segmentation, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making to help shape marketing strategy, business priorities, and growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with large, complex datasets and presenting actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to build scalable audience strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and establish reporting frameworks that drive measurable business impact.
Conduct audience analysis including segmentation, customer lifecycle, funnel performance, adoption trends, retention, and churn analysis.
Identify and quantify revenue opportunities to support audience prioritization and strategic business decisions.
Analyze large-scale datasets using advanced SQL and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights.
Define analytical approaches, measurement frameworks, methodologies, and assumptions for business questions.
Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to define business logic, data models, and reporting requirements.
Build and maintain automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.
Translate audience definitions and customer insights into campaign-ready segments and activation strategies.
Validate data quality across multiple sources and resolve discrepancies before reporting and stakeholder consumption.
Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support ongoing optimization of audience targeting, customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical roles.
Expert-level SQL skills, including: Complex joins, CTEs, Window functions, Query optimization, Large-scale dataset analysis,
Proven experience with: Audience segmentation, Customer lifecycle analysis, Funnel analysis, Revenue opportunity sizing, Business case development
Experience working with customer, CRM, product, engagement, and sales data.
Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
Experience influencing business stakeholders and presenting insights to leadership teams.
Experience building or supporting automated data pipelines and workflows using tools such as dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer segmentation environments.
Familiarity with CRM, account-level data models, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience with statistical modeling including: Propensity modeling, Customer lifetime value (LTV), Attribution modeling, Forecasting, Experiment design
Basic Python for automation, analytics, or API integrations.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
