We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of premium automotive technology experiences. In this role, you will help customers understand, configure, and enjoy advanced in-vehicle features while ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating technical information clearly, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the setup and use of vehicle technology features, including infotainment, connectivity, navigation, and driver assistance systems.
• Provide clear, patient, and professional product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Support sales and service teams by serving as a resource for vehicle technology questions and feature explanations.
• Assist with new vehicle delivery experiences, ensuring customers leave confident in the operation of key technology systems.
• Troubleshoot basic technology concerns and escalat
• Stay current on vehicle software updates, feature enhancements, and emerging automotive technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and technical support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and technology adoption.
