Job summary

Audi Charleston is seeking an Audi Technologist to support the sales and service teams by answering customer technology questions and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves new car delivery, car photography, and preparing window stickers and Buyers Guides.

The candidate should be organized, dependable, and comfortable using technology, with the ability to assist with Bluetooth pairing and travel locally as needed. A valid South Carolina driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• New car delivery specialist.
• Photography and descriptions for new and used cars.
• Prepare and apply all Used Car window stickers and Buyers Guides.
• Visually assess inventory and coordinate with GSM on lot placement.
• Assist service, sales and admin teams with daily requests; may require local travel.
• Provide updated explanations of vehicle technologies during second delivery; familiar with Acura brand.
• Assist clients with HomeLink or Bluetooth pairing; may require local travel.

Job description

The Audi Technologist is designed to work in coordination with other department employees to provide a truly exceptional customer experience. To be truly exceptional, requires a retailer wide commitment to not only meeting customer expectations; but exceeding them. Technologist assists the sales department with customer technology questions and concerns prior to purchase.

Responsibilities

• New car delivery specialist.
• New and Used car photography and descriptions.
• Prepare and apply all Used Car window stickers and Buyers Guides.
• Visually assess inventory and work with General Sales Manager on lot placement.
• Assists service, sales, and administrative team with daily requested functions which may require local area travel.
• Second delivery which requires up to date explanation of vehicle technologies to customers after delivery. Must be well versed in Acura brand and product knowledge.
• Assists clients with home link or Bluetooth phoned pairing - may require local or extensive travel
