Job summary

Audi St. Paul is hiring entry-level technicians who are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a high-performing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a clean, climate-controlled shop while working flexible hours that accommodate your class schedule.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include a base hourly pay and production bonus.

Qualifications

• Entry-level automotive technician position seeking motivated learners.
• Willing to learn hands-on skills in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Ability to work with certified technicians and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a clean, climate-controlled shop.
• Support technicians and perform basic diagnostic tasks as directed.
• Coordinate with team to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
