• Disciplined with follow-up, CRM activity, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Turn showroom visits, digital inquiries, and referrals into conversations and sales.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives linking Audi features to customer priorities.
• Build relationships through proactive outreach and timely follow-up.
• Use CRM and digital sales tools to manage opportunities and keep customers moving forward.
• Guide customers through a paperless process with confidence and professionalism.
• Develop knowledge of the Audi lineup and competing German luxury vehicles.
• Own performance, respond to coaching, and pursue ambitious goals.
• Make every delivery memorable and earn referrals.
