Job summary
Rusnak/Pasadena Audi is seeking a Sales Manager to drive performance through experienced leadership and strategic planning. You will set, monitor, and adjust sales goals, work with the GSM/GM to build corrective action plans, and analyze market conditions to seize opportunities.
The role requires automotive sales experience and, ideally, Automotive Finance & Insurance management expertise. You will manage inventory, train staff, and partner with manufacturers to uphold high ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and 5+ years of progressively responsible sales experience.
- Automotive sales experience is required.
- Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops, monitors, and adjusts sales goals to meet objectives.
- Collaborates with GSM/GM to create action plans to correct performance.
- Analyzes market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensures revenue targets are met and cost controls are implemented.
- Monitors sales and profitability on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Supports CRM usage and strategic planning with leadership.
