Safety-first mindset and a drive for smooth, efficient operations are essential. As the frontline of IAA, this role offers exposure to technology and auction tools, with responsibilities including vehicle check-in, cleaning, safe vehicle movement, securing keys, assisting visitors, and forklift/loader

Qualifications

• All candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• There are physical demands; reading and understanding safety guidelines is required.
• An upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions is a must.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely for movement at the facility.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other information from vehicles and store properly.
• Assist visitors by providing guidance and directing them to the right person for help.
• Train on-the-job in forklift and loader operation.
