As the frontline of IAA, you will learn new technologies and contribute to the efficiency of vehicle check-ins, detailing, and support services around the yard and at drive-through auctions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to operate a motor vehicle for job duties.
• Upbeat demeanor and strong teamwork are essential for positive customer interactions.
• Bonus if you have basic automotive repair skills or experience in rental/construction.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information for the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely within the facility or drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items from vehicles and store properly.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct them to appropriate staff for help.
• Train on forklift and loader operation as part of the role.
