Job summary

Cox Automotive in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented vehicle data entry associate to manage information for vehicles received at the Auction. You will input VIN, stock numbers, make, model, year, mileage, color and options into the AS400 system and ensure accurate records.

Additionally, you will affix barcodes, assign work orders and routing labels, and help direct transporters to drop zones. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input vehicle information into AS400 or relay to coworker for data entry (VIN, stock number, make, model, year, mileage, color, options).
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles.
• Flag zero-key cars and direct transporters to the proper drop zone.
• Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt.
• Provide sale identification windshield code to the driver at registration.
• Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence initiatives.
• Assist on sale days driving vehicles through lanes.
