Job summary

Collectors Universe is seeking a meticulous Customer Care Representative for the PSA Vault team to ensure accurate eBay listings and excellent customer service. You will verify titles, research items, and coordinate with vault operations and photography to maintain trust with collectors.

The role is onsite at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters, with a strong emphasis on title accuracy and cross‑functional collaboration across product and care teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of graded cards, sports and non-sports, including brands, players/characters, variations and market demand.
• Strong attention to detail to identify and correct inaccuracies in titles.
• Excellent research skills to validate title accuracy from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with grading/e-commerce concepts and collectible marketplaces (eBay, PWCC).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Docs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for card collecting and trading; prior field experience is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset and track record of delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of eBay auction titles, with focus on graded cards.
• Collaborate with vault operations to improve title descriptions and fix discrepancies.
• Conduct detailed research on graded cards and memorabilia to validate titles.
• Stay updated on market values and card specifications for accurate titles.
• Catalog common titling issues and help improve workflows to reduce them.
• Serve as main point of contact for eBay customers via PSA eBay store inbox.
• Assist customer care with inquiries on title accuracy and revisions.
• Coordinate with product photography to ensure image-title consistency.
