Job summary

Collectors Universe Inc. is seeking an AG Team Lead to oversee daily eBay operations from our Santa Ana, CA office. You will coach a team to meet the highest standards of authentication and handling, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts while ensuring adherence to safety and security policies. A 4-6 year background in collectibles grading or related fields is preferred; strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in collectibles grading or authentication, fragile item handling, mail processing or shipping, or as an arts/antiques handler or technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent education background preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily eBay operations with a collector-first mindset.
• Monitor team performance and provide accurate data for informed decisions.
• Provide coaching, resolve conflicts with empathy, and escalate when necessary.
• Set clear team goals with supervisors and eBay leadership to align on objectives.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments to reinforce excellence.
• Lead training initiatives to foster continuous learning and career development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Facilitate huddles, manage inventory, and reassign duties as needed.
