Heritage Auctions is seeking an entry-level Auction Operations Assistant to support pre- and post-auction activities for trading cards, non-sports cards, manga, and related collectibles. The role involves unpacking, labeling, data entry into the company database, and coordinating imaging and inventory management on site near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Responsibilities include organizing consignments, tracking items, resolving discrepancies, and assisting clients during pickups.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational, data-entry, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, sort, organize, and label consignments for TCG, non-sports cards, manga, and related collectibles.
• Enter item and inventory information into the company database.
• Organize property by auction, consignment, category, and processing status.
• Assist with imaging coordination and imaging deadlines.
• Retrieve and prepare purchased items for shipping or client pickup.
• Verify items against invoices and shipping documents for order accuracy.
• Package orders carefully following handling and shipping procedures.
