Job summary

Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer, is seeking an entry-level team member for item presentation and organization. This role involves sorting, cleaning, labeling, tagging consignments, and assisting with client pickups after auctions in a fast-paced setting.

You will unpack, image, and enter property information into our database, supporting pre- and post-auction tasks. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a willingness to work onsite south of Dallas/Fort

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter item information into the computer system accurately.
• Ensure all items are imaged on time.
• Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction.
• Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting of antique furniture.
• Ship orders after auctions and process remaining items until payments are received.
