The role blends VE/Inspection and Lot Ops duties in a smaller auction setting, requiring active leadership and a commitment to operational excellence. Day shift; 5% travel; no remote option.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader overseeing vehicle check-in, inspection, imaging, and lot operations.
• Ability to enter vehicle data accurately into AS400 and maintain records.
• Experience coordinating vehicle movement from check-in to sale lanes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle check-in and inspection functions (Dealer, Commercial & Specialty).
• Direct data entry and write condition reports.
• Lead the lot operations team to ensure efficient vehicle movement and safety.
• Develop staff through ICP certifications and performance coaching.
