You will help prospective buyers register, bid, and transact in distressed property auctions, resolving registration and technical issues, and guiding buyers toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inbound support or customer service with measurable goals.
• Experience handling phone, email, and chat with case management.
• Familiarity with contact center metrics and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound buyer contacts across phone, email, and chat to register, bid, and transact.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including response times, quality scores, and CSAT.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on every case.
• Collaborate with operations, data, marketing, and product teams to remove friction in the auction process.
• Escalate properly with documentation when issues cannot be resolved on first contact.
