Job summary

Auction in Plano, TX, is seeking a results-driven Buyer Experience Specialist to join a fast-moving inbound support team. You will help prospective buyers register, bid, and transact in distressed property auctions, handling inbound contacts and resolving issues to convert bidders into buyers.

This role requires four days per week in office and reports to the Buyer Experience Supervisor. You will work toward measurable targets for response times, quality scores, and buyer satisfaction,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inbound support, contact center, or customer service with measurable goals.
• Ability to work high-volume inbound queues with quality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with contact center metrics (SLA, handle time, quality scores).
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat with strong case management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound buyer contacts across phone, email, and chat to help register, bid, and transact on distressed property assets.
• Meet or exceed individual performance targets including response times, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow operating rhythms with daily huddles, reviews, and one-on-one meetings with the supervisor.
• Resolve registration, deposits, bidding eligibility, account, and payment issues on first contact when possible.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, case dispositioning, and timely follow-up on every buyer contact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove friction from the auction process.
