Job summary

Malibu Jack's is seeking motivated individuals to join our Attractions team. You will be trained on multiple attractions and responsible for running them safely, explaining rules, and delivering excellent customer service to guests of all ages.

As part of the team, you will assist guests with entry and payment, communicate safety guidelines, and follow emergency procedures when needed, while contributing to a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 39lbs unaided.

Job Summary:

Attraction operators are trained on multiple attractions and may be assigned different attractions during their shift. Key responsibilities for this job are all about running the attraction safely, focusing on explaining the rules and enforcing safety standards to bring the best customer service and fun to all guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Train on multiple attractions and their safety procedures
• Assist guests with payment, entering attraction, and explaining rules, guidelines, and any safety concerns.
• Provide customer service to guests who may have questions or concerns
• Know all emergency procedures for attractions you’re trained on and be ready to follow through in case of an actual emergency
• Other responsibilities as required to ensure safe and efficient park operations.
• Ability to focus and speak clearly
• Ability to communicate and listen effectively
• Strong and consistent customer service
• Strong teamwork ethic and attitude
