Job summary

Malibu Jacks in Kentucky is seeking an Attraction Operator to run multiple attractions safely and help guests enjoy a memorable experience. You will explain rules, enforce safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service to guests of all ages.

You’ll train on attractions and safety procedures, assist guests with entry and payment, and follow emergency procedures when needed. A strong team attitude and clear communication are essential for daily park operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 39 lbs unaided.

Responsibilities

• Train on multiple attractions and their safety procedures.
• Assist guests with payment, entering attraction, and explaining rules, guidelines, and any safety concerns.
• Provide customer service to guests who may have questions or concerns.
• Know all emergency procedures for attractions you’re trained on and be ready to follow through in case of an actual emergency.
• Other responsibilities as required to ensure safe and efficient park operations.

Job Summary:

Attraction operators are trained on multiple attractions and may be assigned different attractions during their shift. Key responsibilities for this job are all about running the attraction safely, focusing on explaining the rules and enforcing safety standards to bring the best customer service and fun to all guests.
